ABOUT SEASONAL RATES
High seasonal rates apply between 1st December to 15th January and Easter Period.
Please note that the price for the house can be negotiated down considerably for long stays.
DEPOSITS
I normally require two nights deposit in advance to secure the reservation which is fully refundable in case of cancellation up to 7 days in advance.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or electronic transfer.
ARRIVAL TIME
It makes life easier for me if I know in advance your approximate time of arrival, you can arrive at anytime between 10 am and 9pm, if you wish to arrive early and your room is not ready you may leave your luggage with us for safe keeping.
DEPARTURE TIME
Check out is normally before 11 am but you can always leave your luggage with us if you have a late flight.
PETS
No pets allowed in the apartment or room.
SMOKING
No smoking is allowed in the rooms but is permitted on the balconies.
LONG STAYS
I am more than happy to negotiate a reduced rate for any stay longer than a week on the understanding that an early check out (ie: before 7 days) will bring the price back to normal.
